They have a great quality products and even many praise their body work but the communication isn't matching the reputation. I live within an hour flight to them and was considering some parts, I was contacting them via whatsapp and decided on what I want and gave him my email and shipping address to get the invoice and to pay it via paypal.

Nothing happened after that, and he didn't read my follow up message. I hope they solved the communication issue.

I thought of booking a flight to Dubai for the weekend and just go to their shop, however, now it is impossible

Hope all the fuss end soon, the good thing, I can get anything from US, EU and Japan I was trying to support them and had plans to get a full kit from them.

I am not local to be specific, but not too far from them. Doha to Dubai isn't that much by plane, an hour, and it is about 8 hours by car. To be honest I didn't call as they was replying to whatsapp even though not fast, but didn't hear back when we finalized the order and requested an invoice to pay


Of course there is people who had good experience with them, and they have some nice body parts for our cars. But I appreciate good communication and service as well as quality.
