4 ways flashing?

I have also seen this in my Z. It has happened twice, the hazards flicker real fast. you almost don't have time to see it happen. I was adjusting somthing

It has happened twice, the hazards flicker real fast. you almost don't have time to see it happen. I was adjusting somthing with the climate control, I think it might have been when I turned off the A/C, but not sure? I thought I was seening things!
