256K miles. Time to upgrade the suspension.

BC BR true coilovers
Z1 sway bar end links
Z1 rear traction arms
Z1 rear toe arms

Was nice to finally get rid of the factory strut and tein spring combo I had for 200k miles. Now just need to further adjust dampening to my liking and cut a hole in rear panels for ease of access.

Mine does at 153K haha. I have a whole bunch of parts and gaskets sitting in a box in the garage for when it decides to finally give up.

It sure does believe it or not. Those along with a water pump are on my maintenance schedule soon.

I believe it if the oil pressure is at spec FSM values! The issue has been blown way out of proportion on forums, mostly FB etc. to the point where potential buyers demand it has been done and if not it's now an immediate necessity without any investigation. Seems like a push by those offering the parts and labor.

Wow just going back to fresh oe would probably be a big difference with that mileage. I bet it's back to driving like a dream!

Other than the items listed above are all of your rubber suspension bits still OE and in good condition?

Those are OE still and not in the best shape. That’s also part of the soon-to-be plans. Fresh bushings, aftermarket LSD, subframe collars. Our fantastic economy has slowed down some of my progress.

In my experience subframe collars are a great upgrade and a much easier install than replacing the entire bushing. So far the only bushing's (other than rear end) I've replaced on my '10 with 101k are the front upper a-arms as my camber was beginning to get out of range.
