You're a valued contributor JAR. It would be a shame to lose you when all that vibration knocks some plaque loose and causes a stroke.

I have the Z1 solid engine, urethane transmission, and spl solid diff. Check all your bolts and nuts after installing because things will get rattled loose.

Got a bunch of quotes for parts. Have placed or will be placing orders for the following items:

CJ-Motorsports
Billet Top Hat for stock fuel pump
Misc pieces for Road Race Pump kit
Billet Baffled Oil Pan (blue anodized)
CJM Engine Mounts

ZSpeed
ZSpeed Stage 3 Clutch w/CMAK and lightweight flywheel
Wavetrac Differential
SPL Solid Subframe Bushings
Torque Solutions Solid Transmission Mount
Revel VLS Oil Pressure Gauge

Bespoke Automotive
Galeforce Single Pod A-pillar

Make sure the oil pressure gauge goes to 150 psi. If it only goes to 100 psi. You will peg it on cold starts and high rpm.

Anybody running Z1/Stillen intakes and a 34 row oil cooler have any helpful hints on how to route the cooler lines so as not to touch the filters?

Pick me, pick me.

They will touch the passenger filter. Nothing you do about it unless you make new lines.

Thanks! Funnily enough, I had made new lines... went from a sideways mounted 25 row Setrab series 9 to a 34 row series 6. Bought new Aeroquip lines and fittings bc I trimmed the old Z1 lines and they ended up being 3 inches too short for an upright oil cooler mount. I want to keep the cooler on the driver side. If it wasnt for #livinginchicago I'd pull the stock oil/coolant sandwich and the attendant coolant hardlines and run the oil lines along that path and up through the driver side wheel well.

I'm thinking I will pull the closer line and put a 120 degree fitting on it. Still will need to trim the lines again. Which is annoying bc I already put SECO 7 seals on the sandwich-side lines and those are crush-style seals so they're gonna have to be replaced... oh well.

I'm like Sisyphus when it comes to Rule #1: test everything for final fitment before finalizing.

Took ab a week longer than anticipated but the new oil cooler is installed! Started her up, no leaks. Took ten minutes @ idle for temps to hit 140 lol. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d3255c5966.jpg
