My custom Speedhut AFR gauge came in, just a quick test with a 9 volt battery. Still waiting for the matching boost gauge.

It looks nice sitting in the box. 😁 My car is still in the shop for sc upgrades. I had to fabricate a new cubby panel that will now hold 4 gauges. AFR, Speedhut boost, Zeitronics ethanol content and my SPA techinque combo water temp/oil pressure.

You have Speedhut don't you? How do you like them?

my nitrous pressure gauge is nice. No issues with it after a few years.

Love the SpeedHut gauges.

You're putting the gauges in the cubby cover? You might want to rethink that. The gauges on the right side will be facing away from you. Making it harder to see.

That's good to know, they seem to be well made.

So clean. What plate holder do you have?

Thank You! That was a clean day. :tiphat: Purchased 2013 last year with 22K on vehicle. Had the bumper license plate mount. Before I had 5K on car, a 35 lb raccoon took out my bumper. Hit it at about 45 mph, took hit in front of drivers wheel. Oh well, that is what insurance is for. When replaced, I told them not drill holes and mount plate.

Found this on eBay. I like the look so much better. Front Bumper Tow Hook License Plate Mounting Bracket Holder For 13+ Nissan 370Z

Love the color!

Nice gauges, looks good. The cover I made is flat so I won't have an issue with them facing away from me. Plus the gauges that will be on that side are the ethanol content (not a critical gauge) and the combo water temp/oil pressure gauge and it's digital (easy to read, even with my old, bad eyes). :icon14:

Replaced brake fluid yesterday at 48K, not sure if it had ever been done. I had picked up a vacuum bleeder from Harbor Freight (Sale for $19, found cheaper on eBay). Opted to just use the adapter because of the nice bleeder connection.

Pneumatic Brake Fluid Bleeder Tool with 4 Master Cylinder Adapters 90 to 120 psi

Disconnected the ABS connector vs disconnecting battery. Bleeding order is different than RR, LR, RF, and LF. Followed FSM and did RR, LF, LR, and RF. End to end, a little over an hour to complete.

Pretty dirty, glad it is done. Pedal was good before, but is noticeably firmer.

So I'm braking for a speed table in a residential neighborhood and suicide squirrel goes for it <bump><bump>. Street pizza. First kill with the car. (bugs don't count)
