Slapped on Firehawk Indy 500s 245/45 and 275/40. not bad tires I have to say! Itching to get em scrubbed in a bit before ZdayZ. Like how flat faced they are on the sidewall

Still waiting on Z1 replacement parts... >:(

I did a couple things today. Thank goodness for having a friend with a full shop and lift!

First was fixing the passenger side DRL. I have no idea at all how these wires got chewed up as they are near NOTHING at all except for the front side of the windshield washer reservoir. No clue at all. There's nothing remotely near this area to cause this. But now they are soldered back together and shrink wrapped.

Then the fun part, installing the 4th brake light/fog light. And I didn't wire it directly to the taillight assembly like the write-up says. I wired it to the harness that goes to the taillight, before the plug. A simple, clean install and works flawlessly. All wires are tucked and secured neatly out of the way.

yup - and staying with them. Many reasons, mostly personal preference blah blah blah

Side note forgot to post yesterday - ran Rally with Drive Florida yesterday - 60-80 mph thru s-turns in a certain national forest in "mexico". I'd say new brakes are bedded and tires scrubbed now lol

Crazy People

Have had Z in Sunny driveway last few days to let new paint gas.
Yesterday evening putting parts on car in driveway.Never seen this guy before. This Camaro drives by.Turns around and comes back slowly and stops. He yells out window."So you think that's fast"He then does a burnout and takes off down residential street at high rate of speed.Car not even on road yet an already have to deal with Yahoos.

Can you blame them? When they see a nice looking Z they feel the need to prove themselves :icon17:

You built a head-turner... unfortunately it does not discriminate against which heads it turns!

My car still looks stock, no one gives it a second glance... (and I kinda wish they would!)

I get the same crap when I'm I am trailering the Z to and from events. It cracks me up that they have to do a fly by or rev their engine.
