Sounds like you have my specs as well. I have electric seats and when I get out, I push the seat all the way back before I get out. When I get back in, I extend my leg while pushing in the clutch and then push the seat forward. When the clutch pedal is fully depressed, I know I have hit my spot.

I tilt the seat back as well to get into the best position for me too...
