Manual Transmission acting like an automatic?

Cold start, I'm guessing? Yeah, I had the car turned off for about 7 hours and it happened right when I turned the car on.

On a cold start the ECU bumps the idle RPM higher than when warm... up to around 1k rpm or so. That explains why the car continued moving when you let off the throttle... the higher idle was pulling it along.
