On a more serious note, I'd go with Mobil 1 Extended Performance (the gold bottle). I usually change the oil every 5k miles. If I drive a bit harder than

I usually change the oil every 5k miles. If I drive a bit harder than usual, I'd get it changed around 4k. It really depends on how hard you drive.
