2010 Coupes are now available, this is a old model now. Nothing wrong with the car as it is listed as new. A very good buy if you don't mind it being a year (model year) old.

You could also probabbly find a 2009 on the dealer lot new for that price or possibly less.

Not me... I saved the $1,300. and simply hardwired a $200. unit in there. Not only can I hide it with the cubby door closed, I can also use while car is moving. Nevermind the savings.

A Sport/Touring for that price? That is far below dealer cost. They are losing money on the sale. My point was that perhaps there is a problem with the car?

Anyone in Maryland on the forum these days?

Maybe damaged a bit from delivery or something. Dealers are legally allowed to not tell what was repaired if it was less than a certain amount of $$$.

My bad, missed that it had the sport package, but new ones' aren't that far off for 2009 left overs.

Speaking of Maryland, here's a Touring/Sport at CarMax in MD for $34648 if your interested in one with an auto:

2009 Nissan 370Z Touring in White Marsh, MD- 6238141 at carmax.com

Any pics of install? I've been watching it too...if I was closer I'd think about it but the savings would probably be negated with shipping cost!

In Illinois a dealer must disclose any and all damage and the car must be sold as used and not new........................!! Reason I am aware of this is, our son purchased a new Dodge truck that way
