2008 is250 and a 2014 is350 awd f sport. While the new iteration of the IS is comfortable, quiet, smooth the throttle response is laggy. And that's with sport+ on.

While the new iteration of the IS is comfortable, quiet, smooth the throttle response is laggy. And that's with sport+ on. Then you have the body roll. Then you have the tires. Then you also have the automatic transmission that isn't the same as z auto. It's so... soft and slow. Even in tip tronic mode. And believe me when I say this. Once you're moving over 50mph the z feels nicer on pulls from mid range rpm. But these are two separate cars in two different car segments. Not the marketing segments that companies attempt to reclassify. This is a sports coupe vs luxury sport sedan. |
