I spoke with my allstate again this time (in past it was with his minions) and he said no way to enter in his computer an additional $ amounts for car coverage, but if you have receipts "he will do what he can" to get extra for upgrades, sounds like BS to me thou. I will try Nationwide and ask for CPE, but many insurance companies did mention small amounts up to 3K or so which is not anywhere close to what i'd need in a boosted car with all other upgrades. i was really trying to get at least 10K more that is where the issue is i guess.
