I made an offer to the first one; he accepted; and, I arranged for a PPI. At the last minute the owner changed his mind.

I moved on and pursued a 2nd one. Same story...owner changed his mind. 3rd one, same thing. I was p!ssdd.

I gave up. I still have the itch and maybe in a few years I'll scratch.
