I try and wash it once a week. clean interior once every 2 weeks. But sometimes stuff comes up and dont have time to clean the Z so it just gets a little dirty, oh well. I'm more OCD on the car's mechanical health than the outside.

I'm kind of right with you man. I'm always going over my car with a fine-toothed comb seeing if there are any imperfections. I recently scraped my side-skirt and even though it's small and I'm the only one who knows about it, it's driving me crazy.

One thing I have learned though, is that no matter how careful you are, scratches, dings, scrapes will always happen, it's just the way it is.

Guys, it's just a car. If I were you I'd start thinking about the blessings of our families and not worrying so much about a chunk of iron.

However I do pet mine from time to time....

I do try to keep a good coat of carnauba wax on it (3-4 x per year, claying the paint & applying wax). Use touchless auto washes a few times a month.

Mostly tho, I just drive it. Had too many cars to get hung up on one. It is a machine, for pleasure (h'mmm my wife has one too, but it is shaped differently).

Just enjoy it!
