rental cause of noise

Im going to be asking for the dealership for a rental car for a while due to the high frequency noise coming from the car because i want to wait just a little longer to see if any fixes come out. but my question is since im under 21 would i be able to get the rental car? ( not sure about other states, but VA law states you have to be 21 to rent a vehicle ) but I'm pretty sure if its under certain circumstances age doesnt matter. thanks for the help ~!

I think you're dreaming....

If you don't like it take it in and start the clock ticking. Lemon laws are very specific. At this point they don't "Owe" you a rental car just because you want one..

this reminds me of the time when i landed my first real job as oem sales guy and could not rent a car during my biz trips until i was like 23-24 or something. lol

hahaha. had to bring my boss along each time.
