WHEN googling for a Z tuner in your area?

I'd start with
"high performance" +tuning +307Z +MyTown, State
and go from there. If you find a page that is close to what you are looking for (eg, a tuner in another town/state), look for more keywords on that page.

Edit: DuckDuckGo suggests "high performance tuning shops in michigan"
