I'm confused, if you ordered direct from Evo-R site why are you trying to contact Nugen too? I've had good luck with Evo-R. I just contact Jay at Evo-R before

I've had good luck with Evo-R. I just contact Jay at Evo-R before I order and make sure the part is in stock and ready to ship out. Then I have it in about a week.
