Any news from anyone on this issue? I just hit 3100 miles on my '09 and have had this issue for about a month. Took it to the local dealer

Any news from anyone on this issue? I just hit 3100 miles on my '09 and have had this issue for about a month. Took it to the local dealer yesterday and only one other person could here it, and they "can't replicate the sound" and are unwilling to offer a fix. Looking for any help I can get at this point!
