I just noticed this morning I'm getting the frequency noise on the passenger side. You really hear it when you turn your head, it's almost sounds like an old TV

I just noticed this morning I'm getting the frequency noise on the passenger side. You really hear it when you turn your head, it's almost sounds like an old TV turned on without sound turned on. I don't think this has anything to do with mileage of the vehicle because I have only 1k miles on it uuuggggh. It doesn't bother me that much, but I do want this fixed. I'll bring it into the shop so they can just have record of another car with the issue.
