As everyone else has mentioned ... synchros are going. If under warranty, Nissan will replace the whole transmission to fix them. Otherwise, don't worry about it. Just be patient with

As everyone else has mentioned ... synchros are going. If under warranty, Nissan will replace the whole transmission to fix them. Otherwise, don't worry about it. Just be patient with the shift so that it doesn't grind.
