who makes the front lip for 2009 nismo? thanks in advance...

2009 nismo is a full front clip. it is not a lip. if you are looking to add a diffuser/lip to a nismo front, then carbon signal makes an add on.

ps. it is pretty hard to type without caps.

Unless you mean Nismo S-Tune lip.
