-UPDATE-
Pretty sure not steering lock. Steering wheel isnt locked. Can move it. Tried to do a popstart, didnt work, not sure if we got enough speed... Thrashed on the START button and clutch pedal and ACC came on once after like 47573853 presses. Then I clocked again to start and it shut off again. Also the break pedal is hard as a rock prob cause no power but im just adding all the things I observe. Car started totally fine and drove great to work.
