Since the hum disappears when you brake, my guesses are:
1) Deposits on rotors. Bed the brakes. 2) Wheel bearing worn. Jack up that corner so wheel is off the ground, use something to get some leverage under the tire, feel for looseness. Replace if needed. 3) The anti-rattle clip on the pad is broken. Replace.
