I still weekend drive my z in the winter. I want to remove the chin spoiler because I fear it will get ripped off and damage the bumper. That's the only real issue I have in snow. Once it packs down it's not too bad.

Does anyone know a way to get the spoiler off without destroying the hardware?

I've left mine on 5 winters in Canada, no problems...I wouldn't worry about it.
