Sorry to hear brotha. Might wanna go ahead and figure on letting the forum know whom this scammer is and see what Trips or anyone can do for you here on the forum and as for the charge just dispute it through the credit card company when they bill you.

You don't even have to explain to them this entire debacle. Just tell them straight up you didn't make the charge and it will get reversed.
If you tell them everything there's more information for them to deny your claim.

He has until i get home and check the remote server on which my file is supposed to be placed.

If the refresh button yields no results tonight... i shall be DAMN sure he doesn't do this to anyone else.
