I drove my old Z non-stop for 2,910 kms. (1,317 miles) from Dallas, Texas to Miami, Florida and with traffic it took me 23 hrs. I didn't take a break except for refueling and going to the restroom. You will be surprised how reliable and surprisingly comfortable these cars are for long driving. It was a long but fun drive.

You will not have any problems.

I bought my car in Dallas, too, and drove it over two days back to Delaware. 1200 or so miles. Took two days because of torrential downpour, bad alignment, and bald tires.
