And WHY would you want that? It's a throwback to the Fast and Furious days. And it was unrealistic then. Just showed you had a shitty tuner.

OP: if you want to shoot flames go get a horrible tune that's super rich and that should get you flames.

then probably beating up your engine a bit.

Cars shoot flames because unburned fuel is igniting as it exits your extremely hot exhaust. I'm pretty sure a bad tune can make that happen.
