If I still owned a 370 and reached 100k miles, I'd be considering a motor swap...with a V8 of course. Some say it's blasphemy, but I think it's novel (for a little while at least) and cool. I don't care about issues like reliability because at 100k miles my perspective is that you already got the most out of that car. Any car at 100k miles is essentially a "project" or "rebuild" car in my eyes, and the price should reflect that too.
