What most news media outlets fail to report is that $0.40 to $0.60 per gallon of the total cost in CA is due to the so called "Carbon Tax" that voters stupidly agreed to and was jammed down our throats by the Kleptocrats in Sacramento. Guess what ? There is no man made global warming and that money will go into the general fund to disappear like the rest of our tax dollars.
Keep in mind who is responsible for stealing your hard earned money at the next election and don't vote for that party.
