i dont carry change but when my phone slips between the console and seat im like :ugh2: oh mang... not AGAIN!

i carry my leather wallet in my front right pocket, so the last few yrs ive been placing my phone's screen towards my wallet so that the leather catches onto my phone's display and dont slip out. :D

kenchan 07-16-2015 03:02 PM

next thing u know, my wallet and phone are in the crack. :ugh:

mishuko 07-16-2015 03:20 PM

Agreed. What a waste of valuable space

I have always thought Nissan should place an analog clock in that space with the hands and markings of the same style as the oil temp and voltage gauges. The digital clock looks cheap. And they should redesign the fuel and coolant temp gauges back to analog to match the other gauges instead of those stupid dot gauges.

Zcup 07-16-2015 06:03 PM

The fact that it is not a 450Z. C'mon Nissan, drop a V8 VK engine in there!

i've heard this;but only after a Pro-Stock Burnout & the rear tires are sticky!

mishuko 07-17-2015 12:18 PM

my hailstorm effect happened during heavy rain, going over gravel and dirt. after i put in hushmat it was all gone.

Vancouver to Portland, OR

My ears were hurting after the drive so some sound deadening is on the slate again, and the first time I've ever had an issue with lousy throttle response.
Love it more every day though. PW in the bright sun is beautiful.

The continuous parade of idiots asserting that Honda Accords, Nissan Maximas and Toyota Corollas are faster than a Z....

rgriesbeck 07-27-2015 12:16 AM

I used to have a 35th anniversary 350Z, until I hit a patch of hail and had to look for a new Z (insurance company gave me what I payed for it 4 years earlier!). So I found a nice 2009 370z and I'm still getting used to a few things :

- I really really miss the digit speedo

- I don't like the "suede" inserts in the seats, I miss full leather

- No place for sunglasses

Aside from that, Wow! What a car, so similar and yet different

JC-Nismo 07-27-2015 01:12 AM

Where guys buy mods for there car and then sell the car before he parts even get there.
DAMMIT MAN!!! When the hell did you decide to sell the car, when you saw the UPS man pulling up??? Shiit drives me insane!!!

wideglideleon 07-28-2015 06:13 PM

doors and rear hatch... double layer on the wheel well section. used a roller to help flatten and apply the hushmat.

lined every part of the hatch i could reach and went up to the ECU area.

doors i did 1 per evening and was very straight forward. rear hatch took about half a day on the saturday to put in. :tiphat:

Is there any way to turn off selecting a source from cycling from the steering wheel "source" button? Specifically the XM sets? I didn't mind flipping them through as much during the trial but now that it's over and I refused to subscribe, it's getting annoying.

mishuko 07-31-2015 02:20 PM

bit of an exageration but it significantly reduced that ping-ing noise!

Spooler 07-31-2015 10:43 PM
