Also when i first started to make the turn, i didnt realise there was little to no run, couldnt see around her car. She should have moved forward and slightly turned right, then once there was another room i could have went past her and she could have made her full right turn...but instead she just went straight and rubbed against my car. Is the owner name on the insurance slip the same as the car registration? Maybe they just moved and changed the address while still using the old slip?

Sorry to hear about that man. I work for a state farm agent who's wife is an attorney in the same building. If you really wanna push it (and I wouldn't blame you if you did, people like this should not be driving), my advice to you would be consult your attorney and state your case to them. They should be able to tell you whether or not you have a good case. Not sure what walmart is like in Canada, but here in TX there are cameras EVERYWHERE outside. Good luck to you.
