Update on my mods/car.

Good stuff BUT ... I sure hope you did not use the mi SH IT moto thermostatic plate. They are known to fail and dump 5 quarts of oil while

Good stuff

BUT ...

I sure hope you did not use the miSHITmoto thermostatic plate. They are known to fail and dump 5 quarts of oil while you're driving down the road

They will send you a replacement o-ring if this happens, but I think you're on your own with the blown motor

Honestly, I got the simple(non thermostatic) plate by a mistake. This is the first time I hear that Mishimoto thermostatic plates have problems. Does that mean I got lucky for buying the dull version? Lol

Get the Mocal if you ever need the thermostatic plate.

Great. It's 3x more expensive than the mishimoto one, but if it's going to save me from blown engine, then it's worth it.

Even more reason not to buy it lol... Z1 has a kit with fittings and everything to connect up to the NISMO oil cooler kit. With the Mocal and fittings and everything its only $150 http://www.z1motorsports.com/g37_370...oducts_id=4652
