I dont know much about cali court system. But prepaying any fine says u admit to guilt. Always go to the court to fight ur ticket. 2nd hire a lawyer,

Always go to the court to fight ur ticket. 2nd hire a lawyer, a good lawyer can create reasonable doubt, and thats the key, u never have to say anything when u have a lawyer. U may not get off scott free, but most likely they will lower it
