Alot of dummies drive up and down Jimmy Carter and PIB. You'll find alot of folks driving without a license or insurance in that area also, and they still act out!! You also have to watch out for the dummies who are strapped over there. It could have been worse!! Don't count on to much help from the police either. I would just move on and keep an eye out just in case you run into dingleberry again. I have a stock and an aftermarket exhaust...just text me!
