What is the plastic piece under my car?

So, long story short, it ripped off and I need to replace it. Is it called a "Splash shield"? ( http://www.carparts.com/details/Niss...7-3c6010095837 ) The nissan dealership wanted 200$ to replace it,

Is that the correct one? Thanks
