Maybe it's a Florida thing, but the sign you are flashing means you prefer catching rather than pitching. At least in the Castro District of San Francisco it does. Oh well, like I said, it must be the Central Florida "bad boy" sign. Be careful flashing it anywhere else.

OP, perhaps the reason why people drive slow going uphill is because they're not driving civics. I guess gravity would have a less of an effect on lighter cars?

You would guess wrong. Gravity doesn't discriminate against weight. Hence why everything falls at the same rate.

You finally state something true, kinda.

Everything does fall at the same rate, HOWEVER in a vacuum, where there is no air resistance. You're telling me if I drop a feather and a 100-weight at the same time in windy conditions, they will land at the same time?

BTW, going uphill isn't exactly falling nor in an environment with no air resistance. If two people are running up hill, one with a 100 lb bag and the other with a 10 lb bag, which of the two do you think gravity will have the most effect on, thus working harder and running uphill slower?
