Dealarship problems anyone know how to resolve?

Glad you stuck to your guns! It takes a lot of years to learn how to deal with dealerships. My best line is " I don't have much time. I just thought I'd stop by...I have an appointment in X minutes "
I must say I am real happy with Clear Lake Nissan, in the Houston area. (New car).
