As soon as I saw 'Quebec' I worried less about the mileage. A Quebec car raises red flags for me. My dad owned a dealership way back when. Wouldn't touch a used car from the east. Why buy a car driven in the winter anyway? What's so great about this car, or the price that has you wanting it?

Magnetic Black on Persimmon, touring w/ sport, nav, FI exhaust, TWM short shifter, hps intake tubes, carbon fiber element steering wheel and window switch bezels, 265/285 RE-11s, 34,000km, asking $26k.

....but I'd bet you could get it for $22K. Just can't beat that persimmon interior on a black 370.
Just make sure to go over it real well and then act like you're not interested and walk away as many times as it takes for them to give it to you. With the winter you're having I'd say you don't have to rush into it. I'd be surprised if someone were to come along and buy it out from underneath you. It's pretty early in the year.
