Winding down noise under hood when shutting car off

I've tried to figure this out on my own, but can only come up with two possibilities. When I shut the car off, I hear what sounds like a high

puckman77 Base Member Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: Connecticut Posts: 22 Drives: 09 Z Blue AT T/S/NAV Rep Power: 18	Winding down noise under hood when shutting car off I've tried to figure this out on my own, but can only come up with two possibilities. When I shut the car off, I hear what sounds like a high revving component slowing down. I'm guessing either the fuel pump (which I have never heard on other cars before) or the DC motor for the VVEL. Anyone know?
