No, it's nothing like that. I don't think he's bumping the upshift paddle far enough to trigger a shift, to be honest. The way those shifts are progressing, it sounds too much like the automatic w/o paddles. Using the paddles with the Z, it's more snappy. Setting it in manual-mode, it's even more snappy.
