Yup old news to some, new news to others. I think that was released back in what, June of 2013. I thought I would just post it for sh!ts and giggles, cause not much else has come out, at least not that I've seen. But hey thanks for stepping on my ball just the same. :nutswinger:

I won't be surprised if it was a Twin Turbo 4 since they just came out with that 90lb 400hp Twin Turbo v4 engine, but even if it did, I'd def do an engine swap cuz there no way that engine will handle 600+hp

Well we might have a good idea what we'll be looking at with what they have been doing with the DIG MR16DDT DeltaWing motor, and this new DIG HR15DDT Zeod DeltaWing motor development. They have releases the specs on the Zeod HR motor, it weighs in at only 88lb, and is putting doing 400hp, and (380Nm) 280ft.lbs. of torgue out of a 1.5L three cylinder, and of course completely custom for racing.
If it is a four cylinder my guess would be you'll probably be looking at a variant of the MR20DDT.

It would be a great next step for Nissan offering speeds that high, but I'm a v6 Nissan guy lol

I'm a purest and believe only a 6 cylinder belongs in a Z myself (or a v8 like Chris Forsbergs FD car running the VK56). I'm thinking it's a possibility Nissan still might have a 6 cylinder, and option a turbo 4 cylinder like they are going to do with the Ford Mustang in 2015. I haven't been on any of the Mustang forums, but I'm sure those people are really up in arms, but at least they did have a turbo 4 cylinder in their history with the SVO Fox body back in the 80's.
A sporty 4 cylinder turbo Nissan should be a Siliva in my opinion, and the new 510 (IDx) is pretty cool too.

Nissan should leave the turbo 4 for the IDx, and give the Z a downsized v6 with some sort of FI.

how about 2 Zeod HR motors stuffed into a Z?!?!?!

They should do something like the 300ZX, and Offer a Twin Turbo sub model

Yea it would be nice to have a turbo V6 but Nissan won't want GTR sales to suffer
