I drove both. The Nismo is much stiffer and very noticeable. I honestly dont like leather! Hot in the summer, sometimes you cant sit on it.. Very cold in the winter.. Forget that. The close is freaking nice in the Nismo. You can spill something on it and it just beads up and easily cleans. Just like My FJ, same material as far as i can tell. Water does not absorb in it.

The Nismo body kit is awesome! But again, like DLo said, if you plan on modding the crap out of it, such as, getting a different body kit, intake, exhaust, springs, etc... No reason for a Nismo, only interior, the fact there are less of them out there !!! that is the main reason I got one..
