Only the Canadian Spec NISMO's came with an optional Navi-package.

The US models did not. Your only real option (and the most economical) is to install an aftermarket radio (a double DIN Kenwood, Pioneer, etc.). Or...simply buy a Garmin or TomTom.

Installing the factory BOSE Navi would be EXTREMELY painful and expensive, unless you were able to get every piece of the kit with wiring from someone building a race car.
