I go directly to the manager now. Heck onetime my dad took in the versa to get a new tire mounted (someone ran a red light and pushed him into a curb and the tire actually ripped open) and the service guy tried to tell my dad that if he didnt get a "oil conditioner" that the warranty would be voided... yeah.. they are generally morons. I say generally cus of course I think Kevin works at the service side of an Audi Dealer! :-D
