...it's not direct replacement for the 350z. The stock 370Z nismo rims are way lighter than the 350Z nismo rims. being a NISMO fanboy I want to get my Z back to the heart of what NISMO is!

Rotational mass (wieght) is a big factor in performance. here is a link of Nismo over in the motherland...pay close attention to the setups for each!

Oh, and that link was like awesome nissan performance overload. If you decide to adapt the 370 nismo wheels to your 350 nismo, I want to see pics cause it'll look great.

I have to fight the repeated urges every so often to go out and buy a nice white or silver nismo 350z to add to the stable. I'd love to have a nismo ed. of each Z generation (and a nice 300zx tt as well...and a pristine rb swapped 240z...and...)
