i bought a nismo 2 weeks ago and at 200 miles the sycros in the tranny became out of alignment and would make a nasty grind going into 6th gear

i bought a nismo 2 weeks ago and at 200 miles the sycros in the tranny became out of alignment and would make a nasty grind going into 6th gear dealer ordered new transmission and upon installing it scratched the front bumpber driver door and rear quater panel. also gashed up center counsel and center cup holder so now all of it has to be painted/replaced and I havnt even made my first payment on it. makes me sick
