Factory clutch

Well is the new clutch and flywheel package necessary for a car with only 12k on it? I dont plan to track it at all. I know it'll help but

Well is the new clutch and flywheel package necessary for a car with only 12k on it? I dont plan to track it at all. I know it'll help but I just really wanna address the problem right now before it's too late.
