Ac only blows hot

Ac went out today. 103, of course. Took a short trip earlier and was fine. Couple hours later now only blows hot. Wtf. No dummy lights. Turned off and on

Default Ac only blows hot

Ac went out today. 103, of course. Took a short trip earlier and was fine. Couple hours later now only blows hot. Wtf. No dummy lights. Turned off and on a couple times. No change.

Guess back to stealer tomorrow?

Possible blend door actuator problem. But then again..who knows. My car was throwing a code and idling high because it needed a battery. Never heard of that before. If you have a warranty I would definitely bring it in.

do u have a stillen type cai? maybe it rubbed a hole into your a/c lines? thats all i can think off the top of my head.. the last time only warm and hot air came out was when i complete flush my radiator and didnt bleed it correctly and still had tons of air bubbles inside my system..

Check and make sure the compressor is running. If not, look for blown fuse. Or it could be interlocked on low pressure (see nismo13807's comment above).

If compressor is working, I'd look into GunWorxx's door actuator. Not sure how the doors work on the Z but there is a LOT of info in the FSM (see link in my sig).

I had the same problem with my 2006 350Z before and had to take it to at least 3 Nissan dealerships before one finally found out. They initially replaced the fuse, added freon, replaced blower fan but none of those helped. The last Nissan dealership I took it to found out it was a broken relay. I got charged around $200+ for replacing the relay plus labor cost.
