When I ordered my Z at the end of january, I think I received my VIN by march (which was the build month) but I didn't get my Z until the end of may.

Ha, I guess. I'm in texas for a training class and the local dealer has 2 black 6mt tech packages and one white auto tech. I tried to make myself like the black but the white is too sexy next to it, so the wait continues. I think it made it that much worse though.

I got red cause I always buy black or grey. My first bright color I am getting a little nervous.

still waiting on my local dealer to get theirs... they have two mt's coming... going to look at them in person and if i like i'm ordering a silver nismo at tech... have to have an at due to a right shoulder condition or i'd love a mt... thus, the reason i didn't get a nismo when i got my 2013... at this point, i might wait til next spring... snow will be falling soon

I am getting AT cause of a leg condition that stops me from driving MT. Sucks but better than taking chances on wrecking the Z.

Congrats on the NISMO, great color choice!! You will love it. Like you on my 3rd Z, but not a 15, mine's an 09 NISMO. First was MG, second was PW, now SR. At first I was not too sure about red, until I saw it in person. IMHO red is the best looking color on the NISMO.
