Default bought! but before driving off dealership..

made the purchase and my platinum graphite all options Nismo should be available for pickup this afternoon but now that the time is here i find myself scouring the forums for a post I read months ago but cant for the life of me find again. basically it detailed exactly what to look for on the 370z before driving.. does anyone know the thread i'm referring to? as of now, the checklist i have consists of:

1. make damn sure all 6 spacers are off
2. tire pressure (cold) no more than 36

and that's it lol. i'm sure there's more, if anyone can chip in i'd appreciate it. pics to come, and thanks in advance

I would also check if your paint looks good and your bumper color matches the rest of the car. (although PG is probably ok, not like the PW's)

With all above, just make sure to take your time when you are doing your walk around. Take a small flash light to double check on the spacers have been removed. NOTE: some times they are on the back side of the spring and hard to see. This should be done before your final signing.

Don't even bother looking at any of the paint. It will be totally destroyed in less than a week anyways. Also , if it does have locks make sure you get the key.

If you have a front plate holder, make sure the top bolts are short and don't hit the paint.

proper locking lug nuts, they should have a flat base to them, acorn style and shipping spacers removed from front coil springs.

Is removing the spacers only a concern for the Nismo's?

Make sure you have the right nismo floor mats. Some dealers take them out and when you buy it the detail person will grab the basic Z mats from the room. That happen to us and had to go back and show the window sticker were it said nismo mats. also do to the shipping problems on plugs they ship now without plugs. I had them put it up on the ramp and I looked for myself and even took some pic under the car befor driving away or befor she drove away. Man my wife is lucky.

If you check for the spacers yourself just turn the wheel's to the left (or the right) and you can reach the upper part of the spring with your hand. Should the dealership say they're removed, ask for them to put them in a bag for a keepsake.

Also, check the bottom edge of the side skirts and fascia's. Make sure there aren't any scratches under the car. I had a friend that bought a GT-R and then a day later realized the dealership had driven it up over a curb and made a mess of the belly pan.

this car is awesome-0 i'll snap and post the good pics this weekend but wanted to thank everyone again for their advice. thankfully the manager and tech i spoke with were super cool and let me run through my checklist at my leisure. and there were no spacers hehe! the tech knew immediately what i was going to look for when i asked to peek under.
